About

Westbrook Skate Park offers a unique skating experience in Westbrook, Maine, with features including rails and a half pipe. The park sits adjacent to a fenced dog park and Portland Trail head access, making it a versatile destination for outdoor enthusiasts. While the facility has character, visitors note that the mixed asphalt and concrete surface shows its age, with rough seams that can challenge skateboard and scooter riders. The park operates daily from 6 AM to 8 PM, providing extended access for local skaters. Best suited for experienced riders willing to navigate challenging terrain, or visitors looking to combine skating with nearby dog park and trail activities.

What visitors say

★★★★★

A mixture of black top and concrete. The seams between the two are rough making skating across them on a board or scooter hard / impossible. Large seams on the half pipe too, very difficult for a board / scooter Ok for a bike perhaps(?). Graffiti.

★★★★★

Very old sketchy skatepark. Has some cool rails but the ground is very rough and some of the modules are very dangerous. Is a good place for a short solo skate, also has a cute dog park in front.

★★★★

There is now a fenced in dog park near the entrance, where dog lovers unite. Out back is a Portland Trail head which continues to Stroudwater. Exits next to the Army Reserve.
