About

Río Bravo Park Skatepark is a hidden gem in Albuquerque's south valley, offering a well-designed layout with smooth transitions and flowing features that keep skaters coming back. The park recently added a wood vert section that's earning praise from the local community. With extended hours from 8am to 10pm most days, it's a great spot for both casual sessions and dedicated practice. While some visitors note occasional maintenance issues, the smaller park size makes it feel less crowded during daytime hours, perfect for skaters looking for a peaceful session away from busy urban spots.

What visitors say

★★★★

Good smaller skate park with fun transitions and features. I like the layout of this park it flows nicely. Only negative is a sewer smell every once in a while not sure if it’s from next door or from a ditch close by. But enjoyed skating here and no one was around during the day.

I wanted a skatepark down here south of Rio bravo so long but my son picked up the board and gets to skate here regularly.

Our girls enjoyed a quick stop here and we were the only ones at the time. Unfortunately, there was trash everywhere and graffiti throughout.
